Radiant Logistics Extends Distribution by Air Network with New Operations in Nogales, Arizona

Radiant Logistics, Inc. (OTC QB: RLGT), a domestic and international logistics services company, today announced the further expansion of its Distribution By Air (“DBA”) network with a new station in Nogales, Arizona. The Nogales facility will leverage Radiant’s robust technology platform and global network to provide comprehensive domestic and international freight forwarding and logistics services, including the specialized services commonly needed to handle cross-border cargo like food and perishables, automotive supplies, and textiles.

With over a decade of experience running U.S./Mexico operations, industry veteran Gabriel Alvarez Ruiz will lead the southern Arizona station servicing both domestic and international customers. “Working with Radiant and DBA offers us the breadth and depth of support and tools to execute even the most challenging shipments and provide world-class service for our ever-growing customer base,” said Ruiz, General Manager for DBA – Nogales. “With the vast amount of trade between the United States and Mexico, our expertise in handling cross-border cargo has become increasingly important to our customers who are looking to ensure their supply-chains flow seamlessly.”

“We believe this trend in ‘near-sourcing’ – where companies are moving production to nearby/bordering countries in an effort to minimize costs and reduce production times – is going to become even more prevalent in the years ahead,” said Bohn Crain, Founder and CEO of Radiant Logistics. “Gabriel’s in-depth knowledge of managing U.S./Mexico operations now working with the Radiant/DBA Network of resources nicely positions the Nogales station to leverage their capabilities across our broader network. We think this has the makings of a powerful partnership.”

Crain continued: “We remain very excited about the opportunity for continued organic growth available through expansions of our agent-based operations at DBA and believe that we remain uniquely positioned to bring value to our network participants: (1) leveraging our status as a public company to provide our partners with an opportunity to share in the value that they help create, (2) providing a robust platform in terms of people, process and technology which is translating into better purchasing power with our vendors and more sophisticated e-business solutions for our customers, and (3) offering a unique opportunity in terms of succession planning and liquidity for our station owners.”
