Transplace Furthers its Commitment to Talent Acquisition

Transplace, a provider of transportation management services and logistics technology, has announced the introduction of the company’s talent acquisition program, which is focused on attracting outstanding prospects from leading universities. This program was established in support of Transplace’s commitment to continued company growth and acquiring exceptional talent in order to provide quality services and expertise to its customers.

Transplace’s newly appointed Chief Human Resources Officer Adrianne Court will drive this commitment to develop long-term, prosperous relationships with select schools. The program will focus on students in relevant fields of study, including business, logistics, transportation, industrial engineering, and supply chain.

“Fostering our relationships with leading universities enables Transplace to continue attracting top talent, ensuring long-term success while also providing young supply chain practitioners with the opportunity to learn from Transplace’s industry leaders and innovators,” said Court.

The development of Transplace’s talent acquisition program comes on the heels of the recent hiring of Court to heighten focus on attracting talent and improving company culture. It is the next step in advancing CEO Tom Sanderson’s vision for company growth.

As part of the program, Transplace will be attending career fairs and engaging with students at the University of Texas, University of Tennessee, Penn State University, University of Arkansas, University of North Texas, and Iowa State University.
