Laserfiche Expands Operations in Latin America to Support Growth

Laserfiche Services Latin America Ltd. has opened an office in Panama and appointed Pamela Gorri-Dominguez as Director of Operations. The new office supports the existing community of Laserfiche users and resellers in Latin America and will provide services to ensure that Laserfiche’s software solutions are best suited to local language and compliance requirements.

“As one of the world’s major transportation, logistics, and communications hubs, Panama is a strategic location for Laserfiche Services Latin America,” said Gorri-Dominguez, who most recently served as Logistics Manager for Panasonic Latin America. “Our local presence will allow us to better meet the needs of the regional Laserfiche community.”

“Having a Laserfiche office in Panama is beneficial due to the country’s strategic location and strong economy. As a distributor in Monterrey, Mexico, Expert Data believes the Laserfiche office in Panama will enable us to further develop the Laserfiche brand in Latin America,” said Gasi Fayad, CEO, Expert Data.

The Panama office bolsters Laserfiche’s strong global presence, including corporate headquarters in Long Beach, California; international headquarters in Hong Kong; international offices in Shanghai, China, London, UK, and Ottawa, Canada; recently opened offices in Washington, DC, and Fort Lauderdale, FL; and a robust reseller network across the United States, the Middle East, Mexico, Latin America, the UK and Canada.

Laserfiche provides enterprise content management (ECM) solutions to 650 Latin American organizations, including more than 250 government agencies such as the City of Acapulco, Mexico, the Secretary of Mobility in Bogota, Colombia, and the State of Guerrero, Mexico, among others.
