MNX Acquires AirNet’s Same Day Express/Next Flight Out Division

MNX, a global provider of expedited transportation and logistics services, has acquired the Same Day Express/Next Flight Out business of AirNet. As MNX continues to build its global capabilities, this strategic acquisition will leverage the combined strengths of MNX and AirNet in order to deliver an even higher level of reliability, flexibility and tailored customer service on a global scale.

“Fulfilling customers’ needs to help them achieve business success has always been paramount to MNX,” said Scott Cannon, MNX CEO. “This acquisition is one piece of a long-term strategy that will help us expand our global presence and deepen our specialized capabilities for our customers in a broad range of industries, including life sciences.”

MNX’s ability to seamlessly manage the most complicated customer needs coupled with AirNet’s high performance airline network and expertise in life sciences transportation will allow MNX to offer customers transportation options that are faster, more accommodating and more secure. As a result of the acquisition, MNX’s adept management of complex transportation and logistics needs will ensure a complete end-to-end solution for customers.
