Under a newly announced contract, Canadian-based manufacturer and distributor of home healthcare and professional medical products AMG Medical Inc. selected Saddle Creek Logistics Services to manage multichannel fulfillment services.
Saddle Creek will provide pick-pack-and-ship fulfillment services as well as warehousing, small parcel transportation management, and value-added services such as returns processing, kitting and light assembly. The 3PL will handle approximately 400 SKUs (stock keeping units) from its facility in Atlanta.
“One of our key decision criteria for choosing Saddle Creek is their ability to handle complex order fulfillment across all sales channels – from traditional retail fulfillment to customer drop shipping to e-commerce fulfillment, a key growth area for us,” said Jonathan Danker, vice president of operations at AMG Medical.
