SDV has announced the creation of SDV Colombia. SDV Colombia joins the South American office network that already includes locations in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, and Uruguay.

“The Colombian economy is the fourth largest in Latin America and ranks third in population. Citing their recent GDP growth and ongoing economic reforms, we felt this was the opportune time to extend our service network,” says Philippe LORTAL, SDV Regional Director - Hispanic America.

Colombia has the largest coal reserves in Latin America and is second to only Brazil in hydroelectric potential. Since 1986, Colombia exports oil after a discovery 120 miles east of Bogota.
