BlueGrace Logistics is expanding its footprint in Chicago. The company is hosting a Talent Acquisition Blitz (TAB) on February 24 to 25, 2014, dedicated to finding the most talented and business-savvy professionals in the Chicago area.

Founder, President and CEO Bobby Harris, is expected to be in attendance. TAB will be held at the company's Chicago headquarters: 700 Commerce Dr. in Oak Brook. The company plans to fill 20 positions, including sales, truckload operations, customer service and management positions. All new hires to join the Chicago team will receive a $1,000 signing bonus.

The company's corporate headquarters in Tampa, Fla. has been recognized as one of the "Best Places to Work" for the past three years. BlueGrace is known for having transportation management technology (BlueShip). The company is currently executing their growth strategy by enhancing their training and business development platforms for new talent who fit within the culture.

The company attributes its 7,000 percent growth since inception to the dedicated resources assigned to developing the careers of its employees.

In addition to expanding its corporate office in Chicago, BlueGrace is currently seeking individuals who are interested in franchise opportunities with the firm. The BlueGrace franchise model provides initial and ongoing training, access to proprietary systems, business consulting and support, access to the company's superior carrier network and the opportunity to sell without territory restrictions.

Growth projections include awarding approximately 40 new franchise locations in 2014.
