compliance needs attention

The value of exports is on the rise, but so is the need for more attention to trade compliance. The World Trade Organization reports that the value of world exports increased by nearly five times in the 18 years from 1993 to 2011. With this increase, the complexity and importance of trade compliance continues to rise exponentially.

In an effort to understand how midsized companies are dealing with this complexity, Amber Road conducted export compliance surveys in 2012 and 2013. WT100’s eBook, Trade Compliance Needs Attention, takes a close look at the results of the 2013 survey, and compares them with the previous year’s results to identify trends that are developing in the mid-market.
