A.N. Deringer Launches New Customer Portal

A.N. Deringer announced the launch of two new products, eShipPartner Analytics and eShipPartner Invoice, as part of Deringer’s new legacy suite of online tools, known as eShipPartner Customer Portal. These innovative tools, created collaboratively with Deringer’s customer partners, were rolled out over several phases in the first half of 2014.

eShipPartner Analytics offers clients a dashboard view of their customs brokerage business and permits them to precisely research their customs brokerage entries at the transactional level, including all related documentation that accompanies each entry in support of U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s (CBP) recordkeeping requirements. eShipPartner Analytics offers exceptional visibility of Customs brokerage activity, providing clear and illustrative graphs, agile search capabilities, and flexible export and report delivery options. Deringer’s customers are able to research and analyze their brokerage data swiftly and disseminate as needed within their organization or to colleagues responsible for Customs brokerage oversight.

In conjunction with eShipPartner Analytics, Deringer released eShipPartner Invoice, which was specifically created to streamline the transmission of data to Deringer for submissions to CBP and other government agencies, ease the time and effort required to complete import documents, and expedite international shipments. Deringer is consistently creative and flexible in partnering with customers to receive information electronically.

Deringer’s full suite of online customer tools, eShipPartner Customer Portal, will be rolled out over several phases after the initial, successful launch of the Analytics and Invoice components, which happened in March 2014. “Our long-term vision is to offer our clients a single gateway that provides them with real-time visibility of their total supply chain to help them make informed decisions,” said Deringer’s Corporate Marketing Manager, Claudia Ashton. Training and support for eShipPartner Analytics and eShipPartner Invoice began in early March 2014.
