Kuehne + Nagel has been awarded a contract to provide integrated logistics services for California-based BEARPAW Footwear, including international transportation, customs brokerage, and U.S. distribution operations.
Kuehne + Nagel will manage BEARPAW Footwear’s sea freight and customs brokerage for shipments between China and the U.S.
Kuehne + Nagel transportation bases in Hong Kong and San Francisco will coordinate the movements of more than 2,000 containers a year, while KN Login will provide BEARPAW with real-time visibility, monitoring and reporting critical to ensuring stock levels are optimized.
These shipments will go directly to BEARPAW Footwear’s U.S. clients, as well as to Kuehne + Nagel’s shared distribution centre in Whittier, California for retail distribution and inventory management.
