MoreCraig Tallman has been elected to serve as vice president of sales for Roadway Express, Inc., a subsidiary of Roadway Corp., based in Akron, Ohio. The company says the appointment will be effective Jan. 1, 2002. Tallman will replace outgoing sales vice president Lou Esposito, who will retire at the end of the year after 30 years' service.
"Lou leaves Roadway with a distinguished record of performance and results. We wish him the best," says Roadway president and COO Jim Staley. "We're excited about the leadership and sales management background that Craig will bring to this new assignment."
Tallman has been with Roadway for 23 years and is currently the company's Midwest division vice president of sales.-J.S.
